Right to data portability
You always have the right to have the personal data we process that relates to you or can be traced back to you transferred to another party. In such a case, we will in all likelihood be unable to continue providing our service, as the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
Right to object and other rights
In applicable cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of MVDL Group B.V. If you object, we will immediately suspend data processing pending the resolution of your objection.
You also have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in a manner that would engage this right.
