Delivery times

Netherlands: Place your order with us before 23:00? Then we ship it the same day and your order will be at your home the next day! (Monday through Friday) Ordered on Saturday & Sunday? = Delivered on Tuesday.

Belgium: Ordered before 19:00 = delivered the next day! (No delivery on weekends)

Germany: A shipment to Germany takes 1-2 working days.
Austria: 2-3 working days
Other EU countries: 2-5 working days (check on the checkout page)

Unfortunately, postal services may experience delays. Once you have received the track and trace, the responsibility lies with the postal services. We regret any form of delay but ask for your patience. If a shipment takes longer than 1 week (or 72 hours within the Netherlands), please contact our customer service.

Track and Trace

All our shipments are linked to a Track and Trace code. You will receive this by email after your order has been packed. It may take a while before your tracking code is active. (maximum 24 hours) You can enter the Track and Trace code on the pages of the carrier indicated.
